For a scaling tech-bank reshaping the financial industry, we captured a culture built on trust that fuels collaboration and inspires employees to push boundaries.
The challenge
ClearBank, a rapidly growing tech-bank with ambitious plans to scale in other markets, wanted to find a way to retain their DNA and culture as they moved to a Group model.
The solution
We created a Culture Blueprint that captured the essence of their DNA with flexibility for markets to add their own local signature. At the heart, was a compelling Employer Brand that was built on trust and all the potential it unlocks.
Our approach
Through close partnership and interactive workshops with the people team and the board, we were able to really align, capture and bring to life what makes ClearBank unique.
We used the findings to build their Employer Value Proposition and created a fresh visual identity and messaging for communications. We also developed a culture guide and toolkit to support teams and emerging markets.
We then designed and facilitated a live session that would enable to people team to really own this and drive the Employer Brand forward in their day-to-day roles.
