We’ve been a strategic partner to the Zalando people team for over 5 years. We’ve worked on everything from fulfilment centre campaigns to their social media strategy. Most recently Zalando wanted to build a multi-platform content programme that would increase talent engagement with the business and their Employer Brand.
The solution
An internal and external social content strategy with a unique blog and podcast concept at its core.
While any company can produce a podcast, making one that is actually compelling to listen to is more challenging.

Our approach
We developed a unique podcast concept to position Zalando as an employer of choice, showcasing their employer brand in the most authentic way possible - through their people.
The podcast series dives into a world that’s challenging, ever-evolving, and deeply rewarding. Hosted by Zalando, each episode features thought leaders and innovators from the fashion and tech retail, who share three “Pieces of Me” - personal objects that tell the story of their lives and careers.
To date, we’ve planned, produced, and delivered over 60 episodes, supporting both internal and external promotions and driving year-on-year growth for the podcast. We’ve even supported them with a marketing and promotion strategy to amplify or the podcast. Take a listen.
