We shape company cultures we’d want to be a part of.

Doing this means helping to create change within a company, not just spinning the story to attract talent through a rotating door.

The awkward truth? It's not easy. Talent everywhere is disillusioned and disengaged with the world of work. We help businesses position and shape their culture to connect with a skeptical audience whose default is mistrust.

When your employees and candidates are always no more than a swipe away from another option, smart businesses know that while a good employer brand makes a clear and compelling promise, it's the employee experience that keeps it, every day.

We connect company culture to business value by leveraging truth.

Define core identity and cultural truths.

Narrate, embed and activate truthfully.

3 principles we apply to all of the work we do.

  • • Founded on insight

    • What talent would really say and do

    • What leadership also care about

    • What you can commit to

  • • Show intent

    • Create the proof points

    • Bake it into your talent experience

    • Actually do what you say

  • • Help talent connect to it

    • Ask them to shape it further

    • Set measurable KPIs

    • Link it to business success

“We’re not that nice.”

We won’t tell you what you want to hear and we won’t go out of our way to find something nice to say. No. We don’t flatter to deceive. We tell it like it is and sometimes that’s pretty hard to take. The truth hurts. That’s what they say isn’t it? But don’t they (whoever they are) also say that the truth will set you free?

Well, whatever anyone else thinks, what we know is that the truth works. It opens doors, solves problems and really makes a difference. We’ll try and break it to you gently. So maybe we’re a bit nice after all.
